The Dental Preferred PPO is Guardian’s primary product. Guardian has one of the largest PPO networks with more than 161,000 locations and 74,000 providers and offers its members a variety of plan designs to choose from. Discounts average 30%. Participants can also choose to see a dentist outside of the network but will likely incur higher out-of-pocket costs.
The DentalGuard Basic is a more affordable plan for those who don’t need heavy coverage. This plan is highly customizable to fit any budget. It can also be used as a supplement for those who already have dental coverage.

Guardian’s newest dental product is called Maximum Rollover. This allows any Guardian member to roll over unused benefits to the future, in the event that he or she exceeds maximum annual coverage.
